He worked at Santander Bank, initially in the brokerage division and later in Corporate Banking, from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, Mindof worked at Itaú BBA in the Large Corporate segment from 2008 to 2012. He also served as director of Corporate Banking at Pine Bank from 2012 to 2015. He joined the ABC Brasil Bank in 2015 and currently holds the position of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and partner. He is also a ANBIMA's director
