Caio de Oliveira, CFA, is a lawyer with expertise in financial markets. Currently, he leads the sustainability workstreams undertaken by the OECD Corporate Governance Committee and the Secretariat to the OECD Working Party on Sustainable Finance. His main responsibilities include corporate governance, corporate bonds, sustainable finance, and state-owned enterprises. Before joining the OECD, he held senior positions in the Brazilian securities regulator (CVM) and Ministry of Economy, and taught Corporate Governance at FGV (Brazil). He received a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Oxford (UK), where he was a Chevening Scholar and a Lemann Fellow, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
