She has over 15 years of experience in qualitative research projects with design teams across various sectors such as retail, industry, startups, services, and healthcare. She works on strategic projects through ethnographic research, based on anthropological theory regarding observed culture. She is a professor of Design Research in the User-Centered Design postgraduate program at Universidade Positivo.
