Pedro Lupion is a rural producer and businessman, serving as a federal deputy since 2019. He is the son of former deputy Abelardo Lupion and the great-grandson of former Paraná governor Moysés Lupion. He holds a degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Advertising and a master's in Political Science from Francisco de Vittoria and Rey Juan Carlos universities in Spain. He is also a specialist in Political Communication and Electoral Campaigns, with a postgraduate degree from Georgetown University in the USA, where he specialized in Public Administration and Governance. Since 2023, he has chaired the FPA (Parliamentary Front for Agriculture), the largest and most organized thematic caucus in the National Congress, with over 350 deputies and senators. He is the first deputy to be re-elected as president of the FPA, which occurred last year. He is also the author of the texts of the two Agro Laws (13.986/2020 and 14.421/2022), which streamlined access to rural credit in the country, and a member of the Progressistas (PP).
