He chaired the boards of directors of Casa da Moeda do Brasil (2021) and the Special Agency for Industrial Financing/Finame/BNDES (2016-2021). Previously, he worked in the advisory office of the Petrobras presidency (2022-2023); served as Deputy Special Secretary for Debureaucratization, Management, and Digital Government at the Ministry of Economy (2019-2022); Executive Secretary and Management Secretary at the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Management (2016-2018); President of ENAP (National School of Public Administration) in 2015 and 2016; Management Secretary of the Human Rights Policy (2011-2015); as well as Director of the Brazil Professionalized Program and General Coordinator of Federal Education Network Supervision at the Ministry of Education (2004-2010).
