A career public servant, he has over 25 years of experience in Public Policy and Government Management, having held various positions in federal public administration and corporate governance. He chaired the boards of directors of Casa da Moeda do Brasil (2021) and the Special Agency for Industrial Financing/Finame/BNDES (2016-2021). Previously, he worked in the advisory office of the Petrobras presidency (2022-2023); served as Deputy Special Secretary for Debureaucratization, Management, and Digital Government at the Ministry of Economy (2019-2022); Executive Secretary and Management Secretary at the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Management (2016-2018); President of ENAP (National School of Public Administration) in 2015 and 2016; Management Secretary of the Human Rights Policy (2011-2015); as well as Director of the Brazil Professionalized Program and General Coordinator of Federal Education Network Supervision at the Ministry of Education (2004-2010).
