Luciane Effting is the head of the Investment Distribution at Banco Santander and president of the ANBIMA Distribution Forum. Before joining Santander, she worked for 18 years at Banco do Brasil, where she worked in different areas. She holds a bachelor of laws degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, a master's degree in Financial and Capital Market Law from Ibmec, and an MBA in Finance from Insper. Luciane participated in the Stanford Executive Program in 2018.
